Alex
Cirone, President of LeadersTrust Latin America, brings over fifteen years of
executive search experience, started at Korn/Ferry, as founder of the Buenos Aires
and Santiago de Chile offices, becoming later Latin America Regional Vice President.
During thirteen years he led and supervised executive search practice and management
consulting in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador.
Alex managed major client relationships and critical search processes with a generalist
scope, covering a wide variety of functional areas and industries including Consumer
Goods, Retail and Media. As an experienced executive search and human capital
consultant he brings considerable depth in general management, marketing and sales
to the client he advises. During the period of firm s growth he was a member
of the Operating Council and one of the Vice Presidents selected by the Chairman
and CEO to form the Strategic Planning Committee that later became the Executive
Committee to which he served until the firm became public.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry Alex held positions in human resources general management
at PepsiCola International, as Regional Manager in South America and as Employee
Relations Manager at the Worldwide Headquarters in Somers, New York. Previously,
he held the position of Industrial Relations Manager at Johnson Wax in Argentina.
Alex has a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires
and completed his doctoral studies in Industrial Sociology. He speaks fluent Spanish,
English and has working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.

Mariano
Natale’s search practice focuses on top-level recruitment for domestic and international
finance, advanced technology and telecommunication companies. As Operations Vice
President for Leaders Trust International Latin America he bridges the gap between
the company’s business objectives and the technology and processes needed to achieve
them thus guaranteeing quality delivery across the Region.
Mariano joined Leaders Trust International with extensive experience in executive
search obtained at Korn/Ferry International Buenos Aires, consulting in the areas
of advanced technology, telecommunications and financial services for major multinational
corporations in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Peru.
His prior professional career includes more than 10 years in management consulting
activities as Senior Manager in Smith & Williamson International and Coopers &
Lybrand (today PricewaterhouseCoopers), having achieved strong experience in the
analysis, diagnosis and design of administrative structures, and their integration
into the decision support systems for top level management. Throughout his career
as consultant he developed an intensive hands-on experience in the coordination
and development of projects related to organizational development, information
systems optimization and corporate finance.
Mariano has a Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Buenos
Aires, with postgraduate studies in Technology at the University of Belgrano.
He is also an active member of local technical and professional associations.
He speaks Spanish and English.
Ariel
Urcola leads the argentine operation of Leaders Trust International, and is active
in executive search and management appraisals. Before establishing Leaders
Trust in Argentina, Ariel was, for six years Vice President Partner of
Korn/Ferry International. His experience includes more than 100 successfully completed
engagements in practices such as Financial Services, High Technology, Media and
Telecommunications, Healthcare and Industrial. From a functional standpoint,
Ariel s recruiting experience includes General Management, Marketing, Sales,
Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Prior to joining the executive search
business, Ariel worked at Arthur Andersen for eleven years, where he successfully
climbed the professional career ladder reaching the position of Engagement Manager.
He gained sound experience in the consulting field by providing audit and management
advising to major international and local consumer goods and services companies.
As a member of the Human Resources Consulting Services area, he strengthened his
skills in developing and implementing innovative human resources management tools.
Ariel has a Certified Public Accountant degree from the University
of Buenos Aires, and Masters degrees in International Business and in International
Economy obtained in Buenos Aires at the University of Belgrano in conjunction
with the L Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees of France. He speaks Spanish
and English.

Pablo
Birbrayer is Principal at Leaders Trust Argentina; he performs in executive search
and management assesment.
Before
joining LTI, he was Senior Consultant at Drake Beam Morin (DBM) Argentina, being
in charge of Corporate Marketing and Executive Search. Previously, he was Senior
Associated at Heidrick & Struggles, position he held for 5 years. At that
time he participated in over 70 searches - including CEO’s searches- both
in Argentina and Latin America (Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, and
Miami).
Previously,
he performed in the Human Resources areas for companies such as Trenes de Buenos
Aires, Hospital Británico, and the Programa de Naciones Unidas para el
Desarrollo (PNUD).
Pablo
got his bachelor degrees of sociology and organizational anthropology from the
Unversidad de Buenos Aires, and has a Master in Human Resources from IDEA. He
speaks English and Spanish.
