Since
1996, Elizabeth Falcon Davalos is a Managing Partner of Leaders Trust International.
She has a Chemical Engineering and MBA Degree from the University of Nuevo Leon,
México.
Prior to starting her career in Executive Search she spent two years as a consultant
in Organizational Development for international companies. Afterwards she joined
Grupo Vitro in Strategic Planning and Marketing Division for three years. She
started in the Executive Search Business in 1980 with a local firm as a Managing
Director for Monterrey and Mexico City. In 1982, she funded her own Executive
Search Firm.
Her experience in executive search includes working for international corporations
in Consumer Goods, Retailing, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Telecommunications
sectors.
