Sara
Bieger joined Leaders Trust in May 2001. Born in Madrid, she graduated
in Law at Universidad Complutense in Madrid. She received a Master
in Management and Administration (ICADE) and in Commercial and
Marketing (ESIC).
Before joining Leaders Trust International she spent fifteen years
in several Companies and positions including those as Marketing
& Sales Manager and Country Manager in the fashion & luxury,
gifts & fragrances, and Insurance sectors.
From 1999 till mid 2001, she was C.E.O of the Technological park
of Castilla and Leon, as well as Executive Vice-president of the
Agency of Economic Development of Junta de Castilla and Leon,
one of the autonomous communities of Spain, were she contributed
significantly in developing strategic and technological business
sectors in the region.
She is Member of the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce in
Madrid, and an active member of the Italian and American Chambers
of Commerce in Spain.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.

of Banco Hispano Americano and Banif de Inversiones y Finanzas.
He started his career within the company Ibérica del Frío
S.A.
Fernando Taberna Carvajal is actively performing in executive search
in sectors of activities such as Financial Services, Services to
Enterprises and Consumer Products.
Degree in Law and PDD (Executive Development Programme) from IESE.
He counts with a 20 year professional experience, chiefly within the Consumer Goods, Industrial, Energy and Telecommunications Sectors.
Beginning with initial experiences in Purchasing, most of his career has been focused within Human Resources functions. Among his most relevant experiences are HR Director – AT&T Spain, HR Director Southern Europe – Lucent Technologies and Director Executive Management and Development – Endesa.
Mr. Fajardo joined Leaders Trust, Alto Partners in 2007 upon completing a 6 year tenure (2001-2006) with Telefónica from Spain, his last position being Executive Vice-President Human Resources.
He speaks Spanish as it is his native language, and he also speaks English and some French.
Mariel
Isakson joined Leaders Trust in 2002. She has primarily lived in
South America, the United States, and Spain.
She studied Political Science and Languages, speaks English, Spanish,
French and Italian, and has more than 10 years experience in the
Executive Search industry.
Prior to joining Leaders Trust, Ms. Isakson worked for companies
such as Heidrick & Struggles and Morgan Howard as well as being
a free lance executive search consultant. Her areas of specialisation
are : IT-Telecom, Automotive and Biotech.
Degree
in Law and Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
From
1998 until 2004, Mr. de Bertodano practiced law, specialising in
Tax and Mercantile Law.
In
2004, he was appointed Director of CanalCV, one of the first Spanish
internet recruitment portals, leading the CanalCV’s change from
an internet recruitment portal to an established search and recruitment
company.
In
2006 he joined Leaders Trust Iberia as a Consultant.
He
speaks Spanish and English.
His
main areas of expertise are Banking and Financial Services.
BSc
in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de La Plata of
Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Ms.
Santoni began her professional career at Vediorlaborman Group, where
for a period of three years she worked within the areas of recruitment
and personnel evaluation.
Subsequently,
she was with Creade, an international outplacement firm, for two
years as Junior Consultant.
Ms.
Santoni is a member of the Leaders Trust team since 2005,
as Consultant and documentation specialist.
Ms. Romero has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Human Resources Management.
After 10 years experience as an IT Consultant with international companies worldwide, in 2004 Ms. Romero began a second career within HR with a Spanish recruitment firm (CanalCV), joining Leaders Trust International in Spain as Consultant in 2007.
She speaks Spanish and English.
Her main areas of expertise are IT and biotechnology.
