Emanuela
has an Economics degree from Bocconi University in Milan. She began her career
with KPMG, where she worked in organisational audit, recruitment and staff development.
Emanuela joined Trevisearch in 1988 and is the practice leader for financial services,
including banking and insurance. She is also responsible for CFO assignments.
Emanuela has built long-term client relationships with both Italian and foreign
financial institutions.

Paulo
has a university degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent the first seven years
of his career in operational, commercial and management roles with Alfa Romeo,
Fiat Auto and Europ Assistance. He spent the next seven years helping to develop
Mercuri Urval's Italian search business. Paulo joined Trevisearch in 2001 and
is the practice leader for technology and industry. He is also responsible for
all IT-related appointments.

Osvaldo
has a university degree in Economics and began his career in sales, spending six
years in the financial and industrial sectors as a key account manager. He has
worked as an HR consultant for the past 15 years, handling assignments in executive
search, management assessment and business process reengineering. Having joined
Trevisearch in 2001, he is the practice leader for fashion, luxury goods and retail.
Dan

Dan has a university
degree in Agricultural Economics and Politics. He began his career with the United
Nations, and later held senior management positions with the Montedison Group
and Mediobanca. Dan is the practice leader for not-for-profit organisations and
public administration. He specialises in non-governmental organisations and public
services.
