Management Experience in Sales and Marketing in Europe and the USA at Ford Motor
Company, BMW Group and Porsche AG.
Over 15 years experience in Management Consulting and Executive Search. Was a
Strategy Consultant to the Automotive Industry at Roland Berger, Munich and later
Managing Director Germany at Spencer Stuart, Frankfurt.
In 1992 founded his own Search Firm as a Managing Partner with Leaders Trust International.
After
obtaining a Degree in Economics and Engineering from Stuttgart University and
an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, Felix Hick started his career in 1985 with
Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the Retail and Consumer Goods Practice.
In 1988,
Felix Hick founded his own consulting company and built it up with offices in
Germany, France and Eastern Europe. In 1995 he became one of the Managing Directors
of Ernst & Youngs European Management Consulting Practice.
With
the start of the New Economy, Felix Hick built up CAPMAN Venture Capital, focused
on information technology start-ups.
In
2003, Felix Hick joined Leaders Trust International. His areas of focus include
Consumer Goods and Professional Services.
Susanne
Vivien Sommer joined Leaders-Trust International 1996 as a Research Associate
and became a Consultant in 1998. Suzan was born in Dusseldorf and studied Economics,
Psychology and Marketing Communications at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
Prior to starting her career in the Executive Search Profession, Suzan spent four
years as a Marketing Specialist in Luxury Consumer Goods and as Co- ordinator
International Trading for an Automotive After Market Supplier.
Since joining Leaders-Trust International Suzan conducted assignments for?????
Ai ?a?¿ clients mainly in the Automotive Components, Consumer Durables, Professional
Services and Technology Business sectors.
She successfully helped clients in the recruitment of Executives for positions
in Sales, Marketing, Production, Engineering, Finance and Controlling. She also
worked on Board Searches.
Philip
von Wulffen was born in Isfahan, Iran and raised in Virginia USA. He went to high
school in Virginia then recieved his abitur in Bad Godesberg and received a degree
in Business from Heidenheim University in 1998.
After his studies he spent 2 years setting up german new economy companies in
London first in business development and later as country manager. Before joining
Leaders Trust International he managed a company that helped new ventures from
the scientific community find management and capital to set up their business
in Germany.
At Leaders Trust International, Philip has successfully conducted searches for
industry, high technology, and consumer brand goods clients in various positions.
