Born
in 1955, Bachelor of Law, Master in Communications (Celsa/Sorbonne),
graduate from the Essec MBA and the Executive Management Program
of the CPA HEC Group, Henry Kisiel began his career as a Human
Resources Officer at the Groupe Compagnie du Midi.
In
1987 he founded his own firm, HK Consultants, in association with
the Dassas Group. Then, he managed the Executive Search business
of Austin-Knight France. Throughout his experience, Henry Kisiel
has led many assignments in recruitment, audit, and corporate
planning, for firms facing growth or restructuring issues.
As
a Partner since 1997 with Leaders-Trust International, then as
a Managing Partner since 2002, Henry Kisiel has specialised in
Executive recruiting for Retail, Consumer Goods, TMT and Life
Sciences sectors in Europe.

Born
in 1947, a graduate from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de
Paris, the Law University of Paris and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration,
Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours started his career as a civil servant
in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in the Ministry of
Industry.
He
also spent two years as an Advisor to the French Prime Minister,
before being appointed General Manager of the Paris Opera (1983-1989).
In
1989, he joined Publicis Group as General Manager of "Medias
et Régies" branch (space and air selling and marketing).
He
entered executive search in 1995 with Heidrick & Struggles
as a Vice-President in Paris, served as Managing Partner of
the firm for France, and was named a Vice Chairman in 2002.
Jean-Philippe
Saint-Geours joined Leaders Trust International in September
2003 as a Partner.
His
executive practice encompasses a wide variety of engagements
in general management (CEO, COO, CFO, Communications, HR) and
Board directorships.
His
main search experience sectors include industry, distribution,
media, public services, insurance and trade organizations.

in 1950, Bachelor in Economics and Finance (Paris University),
Claire de Montaigu acquired a first Business experience in different
Banks and financial Institutions : Senior Officer in charge of
M&A, directly reporting to the Executive Committee of the
CDR (Credit Lyonnais), General Secretary of BMI, and later FMF.
By
joining Leaders Trust International Paris in 1996, she started
her Executive Search activity.
As a Partner, she is conducting assignments mainly in the Automotive,
Industrial, and Financial sectors. She also assists Industry Associations
in recruiting their senior officers.

Olivier Carlander

Born in 1960, Olivier Carlander is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a degree from the Law University of Paris.
He spent 17 years at Bouygues Group where he held various assignments as HR Manager of business units within the Construction Division. Appointed as Human Resources Development Director of Bouygues Construction in 2000, his main responsibility was recruitment and training for the whole Division.
He joined Bureau Veritas in 2004 as Group Resourcing and Career Management Director in charge of Executives’search and Leadership review.
As a consultant since January 2008 with Leaders Trust International he brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience in the construction, property development, energy and B to B services.

Born in 1966, Flore Cassin holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées and an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
She spent 8 years with Accenture where she worked on IT Consulting and Human Resources assignments for the Industry, Utilities and Telecommunication sectors.
She joined Capgemini Consulting in 1999 where she focused as a Principal on strategic and business consulting missions, in areas such as wireless and wireline telecommunication and pay TV.
She started her executive search activity with AT Kearney Executive Search to develop the Professional Services and Technology practice. She then strengthened her expertise with Whitehead Mann.
Her main search experience sectors encompass consulting and audit firms and cover the full spectrum of the technology industry including software, ERP, systems integration, internet, telecommunications, technology hardware and the CIO function.

Deffez brings more than ten years of experience in the Healthcare

A graduate in Political Sciences, Business post-graduate degree
from IAE (Business University), she joined the University of Columbia,
MO, USA, for a year before graduating from ESSEC (Top French Business
School) with a post-graduate Master in Marketing Management.
Before moving into Executive search, she started her career in Marketing
for Danone, Paris, then spent four years in Rome, working in the
communication field for Government and International Organizations.
In 1996 she was appointed Head of the Pharmaceutical Division
of the Institute for International Research, Paris, conceiving
and developing international conferences dedicated to Senior Executives

A graduate from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Reims,
Gerard Sakakini started his career in Marketing and sales for
the Unilever Group, Danone Group and then as Managing Director
for Franchi France and Pezon & Michel.
In
1977, he joins the Executive Search profession as a Partner
in a French firm, Manorga, and participates in the setting up
and the launch of Amrop International for seven years.
In
1984, he decides to set up his own firm and goes into partnership
with Philippe Bouvard to co-found Leaders-Trust International.
