Brigitte Olier is a graduate from Reims Business School. She joined Leaders Trust International in 2011 after more than 16 year’s experience in executive search, mainly in the consumer sector, with a strong focus on luxury goods, perfumes & cosmetics, consumer services and e-commerce.

She began her career in the food industry at Eridania Beghin Say (a leading European food producer), before joining Heidrick & Struggles consumer practice in Paris. Successively associate, consultant and principal, she handled cross-border and domestic assignments for senior-level positions in general management, as well as executive functional roles including sales & marketing, communication, human resources, finance, and operations. She also worked in the London office. Prior to joining Leaders Trust International, she developed the consumer and luxury markets at Alphée, a French executive search firm, serving a wide range of global, regional and domestic clients.

Based in the Paris office, she is a member of the Retail, Consumer & Luxury Goods practice.
