Christophe Hinous joined Leaders Trust in 2011 to lead the Leadership Consulting practice, based in Paris. He is an expert in the areas of assessment and development of senior executives and directors.

Christophe has 25 years experience gained in consultancy and industry. He has worked with many large national and international groups helping them select their key people and increase their individual and collective efficiency, particularly in changing environments, to improve performance.

Christophe began his career in London as a Senior Consultant with Mercer Management Consulting where he designed and implemented corporate and business strategies for leading European and US corporations.
He then moved to Paris to Louis Vuitton-Moët Hennessy (LVMH) where he was a Project Manager within the corporate HR department.
He joined Hay Group as an Expert Consultant and Coach before integrating Sanofi-Aventis in the global role of Vice President, Staffing & Recruiting, Aventis Pasteur, with responsibility for the recruitment and the international mobility of the Group's senior executives.
Before joining Leaders Trust, Christophe was a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry-Whitehead Mann in the Leadership & Talent Consulting group.

Christophe holds an MBA from Essec and a Master in Human Resources from IGS.
