Henry Kisiel

Born in 1955, Bachelor of Law, Master in Communications (Celsa/Sorbonne), graduate from the Essec MBA and the Executive Management Program of the CPA HEC Group, Henry Kisiel began his career as a Human Resources Officer at the Groupe Compagnie du Midi.

In 1987 he founded his own firm, HK Consultants, in association with the Dassas Group. Then, he managed the Executive Search business of Austin-Knight France. Throughout his experience, Henry Kisiel has led many assignments in recruitment, audit, and corporate planning, for firms facing growth or restructuring issues.

As a Partner since 1997 with Leaders-Trust International, then as a Managing Partner since 2002, Henry Kisiel has specialised in Executive recruiting for Retail, Consumer Goods, TMT and Life Sciences sectors in Europe.

Henry Kisiel is a member of the Executive Committee since October 2005.
