A graduate from the University of Lille I with a Masters Degree in International Trade (ISCID), Laurence Mahéo is based in the Paris office of Leaders Trust International. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, in addition to French.

She has developed a thorough expertise of global technology markets in conducting top level searches for high-tech international companies in Europe and North America. Laurence has also handled assignments for Private Equity funds (due diligence and portfolio recruitment). Laurence track-record includes Non-Executive Directors and General Management positions (CEO, COO, CFO, Vice President Sales, CTO and CIO) for public and private companies. She serves domestic and international clients who want to hire the best talents for their global development.

Laurence began her executive search career with Heidrick & Struggles in Paris in 1997 as a Senior Associate in the International Technology Practice. After three years she transferred to the Silicon Valley Office and became a Consultant with a focus on telecoms and software, conducting CEO and C-level searches for a further two years. She returned to France in 2003, after a three year stay in the United States.

Prior to joining Leaders Trust International, Laurence was a Senior Consultant with Korn Ferry/Whitehead Mann covering Technology, Media and Telecom. She was also an active member of the Private Equity practice for Continental Europe.

She is a key member of AltoPartners Technology-Media-Telecom practice.
