Born in 1960, Olivier Carlander is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a degree from the Law University of Paris. He spent 17 years at Bouygues Group where he held various assignments as HR Manager of business units within the Construction Division. Appointed as Human Resources Development Director of Bouygues Construction in 2000, his main responsibility was recruitment and training for the whole Division. He joined Bureau Veritas in 2004 as Group Resourcing and Career Management Director in charge of Executives’search and Leadership review. As a consultant since January 2008 with Leaders Trust International he brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience in the construction, property development, energy and B to B services. |
